Years ago, when I first began to do the Ultimate Blog Challenge, my primary motivation was to increase traffic to my website. And it always worked, sometimes by thousands of pageviews! Well, not anymore. Although my pageviews by the end of the month were up from the beginning by almost 700, it isn't like it used to be. So, my motivation has shifted somewhat. I still hope to increase the traffic to my blog, but I'm not watching the numbers as closely. Except I like to see which blog posts were the most popular during the month. But aside from looking at the site activity, what's more valuable is the chance to think through and then express my point of view, and to create pages that will remain long after the challenge comes to an end. And I enjoy getting to discuss the topics I write about with other UBCers. Just doing that helps to clarify my thinking and often gives me ideas for future blog posts. So once again, I am grateful to come to the end of a challenge... Thank You, Paul & Friends! Thanks to Paul Taubman for getting us together each season and supporting our writing. And thanks to all the other bloggers who participated this month. I really enjoyed connecting with you and I look forward to doing it again in the fall. Wishing you an everyday experience of boundless self-love, cozy self-care, a gentle rhythm & a slower pace, and the happiness of living as your authentic self. Love, Jeanine

I wasn't going to post anything today. But last night, I listened to a training by Radleigh Valentine on Angel Numbers and I loved it so much, I immediately wanted to try out what he taught us. He also encouraged us to make it our own and that was really exciting! It turns out he looks at some of the numbers a little differently than what I have heard and read before. And the way he taught it made so much more sense and seemed quite a bit easier to understand. You read the numbers like a sentence that tells a story from left to right. I want to take his paid class and am seriously considering it. As a matter of fact, I am asking for angel and guardian guidance during the next few days, so I don't make a mistake I am likely to regret. So let's play a little. Look around the room you are in and tell me which numbers you see. if you see quite a few, then tell me which ones you see first. I'll respond with what I think the numbers might mean for you today. Or, in other words, what the angel messages might be. Love you! Jeanine Really dig into what you love about yourself now and live from that place. Assess who you really are, what you want to create, how you want to show up, what enforces your sense of self and how you want to commit to that in yourself. - Molly McCord Slow Weekend as July EndsTake it easy for the next few days. Create a slower rhythm and move through each day with a slower pace. Keep your mind open and your journal nearby for thoughts and realizations about how far you have come. About who you are now, and how you can live from that higher frequency energy signature. What have you moved through this month, or in the past few months? Really think about what has changed for you. If you move too fast, you are bound to miss it. Then when the full moon arrives, celebrate! And on the Full Moon, honor your achievements and look at what you need to release Full Moon in Aquarius: Try this RitualThis video is SO encouraging! How will you take time for yourself in the next few days?
Here's one idea - a brief full moon ritual! Full Moon Release and Renewal Ritual The full moon is a powerful time for letting go of what no longer serves us and embracing new intentions. This ritual is designed to help you release any negative energy or thoughts and invite positive energy and renewal into your life. But don't forget to celebrate how far you've come! What You Need: Candle (white or silver, or whatever you have) Matches or a lighter Pen and paper Fireproof bowl or container Clear quartz crystal (optional but recommended) THE RITUAL (1) Make Everything Cozy and Comfy Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Set up everything you need, light your candle, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. (2) Reflect on What You Are Ready to Release: Take the pen and paper and sit quietly, reflecting on the things that have been weighing you down or causing you stress. Write down anything you wish to release from your life – negative thought patterns, old habits, fears, or emotional struggles. (3) Full Moon Invocation: Hold the paper in your hands and raise it towards the full moon (if possible, go outside to see the moon directly). Speak or think of your intention clearly, stating that you are ready to release these negative parts of your life. Example: "I release all the negative energy and fears that hold me back. I let go of self-doubt and embrace self-love and full faith in myself." (4) Burning Ceremony: Note - this kind of ceremony is often done at the end of the year, but a half-year ceremony can be very powerful, too, so that you affirm or re-affirm intentions for the rest of the year. Carefully light the paper with the candle flame and place it in the fireproof bowl or container. As it burns, visualize the negative energy being transformed and released into the universe, leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace. (5) Gratitude and Intentions: Now, shift your focus to anything positive that you want to invite into your life. Take a moment to express gratitude for everything you have accomplished and all you've moved through, and then think about your intentions for the future. (6) Meditate and Recharge: Do you have a clear quartz crystal? If so, try holding it in your hands and meditating for a few minutes, allowing the energy of the full moon and your intentions to infuse the crystal. Let the energy flow through you, grounding you and providing a sense of renewal. (7) End the Ritual Thank the universe, the moon, and yourself for participating in this ritual. Blow out the candle, and if you used a crystal, keep it somewhere safe where you can see it as a reminder of your intentions. Love you! Being an empath can be both a gift and a challenge. On the one hand, it often makes it possible to know & understand what others are feeling. But on the other, it can be overwhelming, because empaths often feel the other people's emotions intensely. The good news is that Reiki healing can help. Keep reading to find out why the Iava symbol is perfect for empaths. Understanding Reiki & EmpathyReiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes balance and harmony by channeling universal life force energy. On the other hand, empaths are individuals with heightened sensitivity who can feel and absorb the emotions of others as if they were their own. The Power of Karuna Reiki Karuna Reiki is an advanced form of Reiki that was developed by William Lee Rand. "Karuna" translates to "compassionate action," emphasizing the system's focus on healing with unconditional love and understanding. Karuna Reiki symbols are specifically designed to work on a deeper level, and at a higher frequency, accessing the core issues and emotions that may be causing physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances. Empaths & the Iava SymbolThe Karuna Reiki Iava symbol operates on the higher heart chakra, which is associated with divine love, empathy, and spiritual awareness. When empaths use the Iava symbol, they connect to the flow of compassionate energy, allowing them to connect with others on a deeper level while maintaining healthy boundaries. 3 Ways the Iava Symbol |
