Doing this morning yoga challenge for the past week - or week and a half if you kept going over the weekend - gave you a chance to set a mindful morning aromatherapy intention and try it out for a short period of time. An experiment in altering and adding to your morning routine. How did it go? Think through the journal prompts for reflection and consider what impact the challenge had on your morning routine, and on the way your mornings felt, in general. Morning Yoga Journal Prompts
What was it like to isolate one yoga pose at a time? If you tried any of the other mindfulness techniques or activities, how did they impact your yoga experience? Was it worth it to include the morning yoga as part of your morning routine? If so, what made it worthwhile? If not, what kept it from being worth your time and energy? How was this challenge experience similar to and different from other times you've tries yoga in the past? Do you want to keep making room in your morning routine to explore yoga? If so, write down your plan for doing so. Try the Morning Yoga Challenge Again
If you didn't get a chance to download the yoga extras - the affirmations, meditation moments, etc., or to try the challenge with the essential oil blends, I encourage you to try it again once you have everything in place. You can get the downloads here, and order the essential oil blends here. If you're reading this post and you've never had a consistent practice, would trying a 7-day challenge, doing one pose a day appeal to you? Let me know in a comment. For me, it was wonderful! They were all poses I had tried before, but without really focusing on how they felt. Trying one a day didn't require a lot of time, didn't hurt, and felt very empowering, especially when combined with aromatherapy blends and other mindful techniques. See you next time! Love, Jeanine

Taking time in the morning to move and meditate - to have quiet - is a wonderful way to begin the day. Thank you for the encouragement and the wonderful resource. You're so right that only one pose per day feel "do-able" and peaceful!
