Creating the life you want can be as simple as making sure that you are a match for the vibration of the things you want to manifest. But it also can be as complex as figuring out how to do that, in spite of limiting beliefs or other low-vibe experiences that get in the way. But affirmations can help. Keep reading… "I'm not Worthy!"Fellow writer, healer and mystic, Brenda Fluharty suggested this limiting belief as one that could get in your way if you are trying to manifest the life you want. Boy, is she right! It can definitely hold us back!! I think it is probably the most common limiting belief there is, right up there with "it'll never work!" If we could heal those two, we wouldn't recognize what this world would become. So, when we have self-worth issues, eliminating their impact is not a one-to-one proposition. We need the strength of several different affirmations, and may need to nurture ourselves with them repeatedly, over time, before they take root. Here are several possible examples... I am enough I deserve to get what I want I want the very best for myself I deserve the very best And it could be good to add, "because I love myself, I know..." or something similar, at the beginning of each of those affirmations. Try saying them out loud. Which ones feel most nurturing to you? And what other affirmations might you need to hear? Believing Your Affirmations are TrueSometimes they feel fake when we have limiting beliefs we have been dealing with for a lifetime. Might be fun to do a comparison between things that couldn't possibly be true and things that are hard to believe, but not impossible. How do they feel? What happens to your body when you hear yourself say them? What happens if you say, "is it possible that...?" What does your brain do? Is it possible that what I desire is already mine? Is it possible that money comes to me easily? Is it possible that I am always enough, just as I am? How did you feel with them as questions?
