This month, I have been sharing essential oils you can use to create essential oils blends for your morning routine. Once you have clarified the parts of your morning you most need to transform, you can choose the corresponding essential oils and use them to make mornings much easier.
I'm also offering a cozy morning aromatherapy guide with essential oil blend recipes plus mindful exercises, meditation moments and journal prompts you can use along with it. But what if there's an essential oil you love, and you want to know if you can add it to a blend or substitute it for one of the others in a blend? I love to DIY my own transformation, so I'm with you on personalizing the recommendations. Here's what to do... The Motherlode of Essential Oils Recipes
In order to have nearly unlimited options for choosing the essential oils you want to use, for each of the ways you need for your morning routine, you'd need either an extensive aromatherapy education, or an extensive list of choices, with blends and recipes that you know will work for you. I want to tell you about a bundle of resources that will offer you more essential oils recipes than you have probably ever seen at one time. You will find blends or recipes you can choose as part of your morning routine. The only question is which ones will you choose? Check out the Herbs and Essential Oils Super Bundle and get ebooks, classes, printables and more. And when you purchase the bundle, you'll get my aromatherapy guide free. Just go to the guide page after you purchase it. See you tomorrow! Love, Jeanine

That's great, Lori! Thanks!! That is a good resource, too, and you know I love tea.

Decades ago, I used to peruse fragrancy and oil manufacturers offerings, hoping to find those that would add to weekend activities. But, having no such activities in a while, I stopped the investigations.

I totally get the waxing and waning. What brings me back to them is realizing I need one of my oils. Then, I start thinking of all the other ways I could use other essential oils I have, and the live affair begins again. :)
