Oh, neat, Martha! So you get more benefit from essential oils in the evening? That's great. Although it's called a morning routine quiz, that is one of the questions the quiz helps to answer, which is, which part of your daily routine needs tweaking? And whenever that is, oils can help. I bet Lia is an uplifting presence. I feel that way just reading about her in your posts.

Barb, I feel that way, too! So I hate it when, for whatever reason, I am distracted or too tired or just not able to be as present as I would like. It's great to know of strategies, tools and resources that can help.
