I want to introduce someone who is new to me, Sarah Vrba. But I am instantly on board with her style. Her aim is to help those of us who are sensitive souls navigate the astrological changes more gently. Tending to the SelfI love that she names tending to the self as a theme we will be playing with, not just for the new moon and the eclipse this coming Wednesday, but possibly for the next couple of years. It's as if "who am I becoming?" is a question we will be answering for the next two years. And in this video, she encourages gentle self-care as a way to manage our resistance to change and our grief about letting go. Take a sacred moment to acknowledge the tension, to acknowledge the resistance. - Sarah Vrba The Threshold of ChangeAs you experience the impact of these astrological changes, it may feel like you're on the threshold. You may feel like you have one foot in the old and that could inspire some grief around letting go, and the other foot eager for the new, and ready to move forward. So I really want to encourage you to slow down, take time each day to pause here and there and check in with yourself. Keep your journal handy and take note of moments where you noticed yourself thinking, feeling, or choosing differently than you usually do. Those moments are the beginning of change. I've been talking about these changes since last week and will continue to do so next week and in the weeks to come. But I'm reminded by this video that in my eagerness to make sure you have all the information, I can't afford to neglect the need for self-care. Sarah Vrbo said that Life wants to take on new form, and I believe that is meant to happen in each one of us. There may be times when you don't quite recognize yourself and that is okay. Lean into this threshold time so you don't miss anything. But don't forget to steep yourself in self-love and self-care as you go. Self-Care Reflection & MeditationTake a moment to pause and reflect on the present moment. Notice how your body feels and the sensations that come up. Feel the air on your skin, the ground beneath your feet, and the energy that flows through your body. Take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to fully relax and let go. Allow yourself to be gentle with yourself in this moment. Remind yourself that you are doing the best you can and that it is okay if you are feeling overwhelmed by the changes in your life. Recognize that in the midst of change, self-care and self-love are essential. Practice self-care by taking care of your physical and mental health. Visualize yourself nurturing yourself with kindness and compassion, and honoring your needs and feelings. Create sacred space for yourself to take moments for yourself to breathe and be still. Take time to do things that bring you joy and nourish your soul. Allow yourself to be vulnerable and open to the changes in your life. Know that you are resilient and have the strength to move through the changes. Know that you are loved and supported. Take this moment to be gentle with yourself and practice self-care and self-love. And when you feel ready, open your eyes or let yourself become fully alert again. Sarah's Journal Prompts(1) What are you afraid to let go of? (2) What does your vulnerable self need in order to move forward? I am already feeling the shifts that are coming. Are you, too? See you next time! Love, Jeanine

Well, they may happen gradually, over time. She mentioned eclipse season, in general, and then said something that suggested that the Pluto transformations may continue for 2 years.
