The images are beautiful! I'm doing better with my self-care, over the last month I've been moving my body regularly (yoga and walking), meditating more, and eating more healthfully. Where I'm really struggling is going to bed and waking up at consistent times. That's my goal for the next month! How are you sleeping, Jeanine?

That's wonderful that you are doing better with self-care! Though I am doing better with both self-care and sleep, there is still room for improvement with both. I sleep well, but would do well to go to bed earlier.

You know that I do have sleep issues and I have all of my life. But, I am happy to say the month or so I have been getting 6-10 hours of sleep. In the past few weeks, I have been getting even more.

Oh good. It's so important to be kind to yourself in situations like that. I remember years ago, interviewing and feeling like it was taking forever to get hired. It was very stressful and I didn't know how to handle the stress back then. If only I had a meditation practice or self-care ritual then!

Self-care is wonderful. My sister-in-law is a tarot card reader, and to gain clarity on different aspects of my life, we draw a card or two. I find the whole process to be very rewarding!

Oh no, Martha! I really want you to get more sleep than that. maybe you could take naps early in the day, like around midday, and set an alarm, to make sure you don't sleep too long. Maybe bi-phasic sleep would help you.

If you asked me this question a week ago I would have said no, I don't get enough sleep but after being sick for 4 days it seems that is all I've done and also my son. But I know its what my body needs so I'm not fighting it. How about you. Do you get enough sleep?
