Do you ever feel too tired to care about your evening routine? As a single mom with an adolescent son and a chronic illness, sometimes by the time I get to the evening part of my day, I am flattened. I realize that there is free time but the only thing I still have the energy to do is sit, nearly comatose, in front of the TV. When I took last week's Evening Routine quiz, I was most concerned about the getting dinner late, getting to bed late, and sometimes sort of drifting through my evenings without loving or enjoying them. Now, I have a plan for changing all of the above. Click the image below to get the book and then, try the journal & reflection exercise below... Journal Exercise
But here's a quick exercise you can do once you get the ebook. Grab your journal and a big cup of tea and ask yourself what your perfect evening look and feel like? Describe it in detail. How would it feel? Take a moment to imagine it happening. Notice everything that's different during this perfect evening you're imagining. Write it all down and get really clear. Then, as you read the book, look for ideas you can use to create the shifts and changes that will make it happen. I've been getting some good ideas, already, myself. See you next time! Love, Jeanine
