I’ve been talking about this for a couple of days, but now the most auspicious day is finally here, April 11th.

(6) Do Things You Enjoy - Spend time doing something that brings you joy, like reading a book or painting. 

(7) Exercise - Exercise releases endorphins, which can lift your mood and raise your vibration. 

(8) Connect with Spirituality - Connect with your spirituality by exploring different spiritual practices and beliefs. 

(9) Eat Healthy - Eating healthy, whole foods can help raise your vibration. 

(10) Take a Break - Take some time for yourself to rest and relax.
