Enneagram Summit Revelation: New Type

This past week has been wonderful! Each day, I listened to 2 or 3 Christian Enneagram coaches share about the Enneagram and felt steeped in both connection and new information.

There was something about hearing about the Enneagram from a Christian perspective that expanded my understanding of it. And before I knew it, I was understanding both the type 7 and the type 9 in slightly different ways.

The Enneagram: A Christian Perspective

I can't articulate it completely, but I think the Christian overlay helped me see that the type 7 wasn't *just* a hedonistic party animal. And after I heard variations of core desire to be happy, satisfied and content several times, along with some of the other characteristics, and what they look like in everyday life, I saw myself.

I'm not a type 9. I'm a type 7. 

I knew I was a tritype with 9 and 7 and 4 in it, but for the past decade, I have been thinking I lead with nine.  Now, I believe I lead with 7...

So I have started this blog to dive in, so to speak.
